User data deletion

While you are an active member of a hub, you must retain your details on our system in order for us to effectively process your hub order. However, if you are no longer an active member of any hubs, you may request to have your data deleted. While we recommend against this as it will remove your ability to access previous order information (including tax invoices), you can request to have your data de-identified. Your user ID will remain, as well all associated order information, but any identifyable information (such as your name, email, mobile, address, etc.) will be removed from your profile. This will effectively make you an anonymous user and your access to the account will be revoked. Please contact us if you wish to de-identify your data via . Due to the need to retain transactional data for 7 years for taxation purposes under Australian law, we cannot delete your account completely.
